We are committed to providing the QUT community with friendly, high quality support services that assist students and staff in reaching their full potential in learning, teaching, research and administration. IHS works closely with all areas of the Division of Technology, Information and Learning Support as well as across the broader QUT community.

We pursue our goals through the following strategies:

  • The provision of an integrated set of contact points for our clients to access assistance for the majority of IT services offered at QUT
  • The provision and support of high quality learning environments and world class audiovisual media support
  • Working in partnerships with faculties, research centres and other service areas to achieve efficiencies and seamless service provision
  • The establishment and support of self-help programs that will ensure the delivery of high quality services
  • Staying abreast of developments in the industry and committing to continuous professional development of staff
