Service description
AV Classroom support offers a range of maintenance, advice and training services for audiovisual (AV) equipment in teaching spaces, offices and administrative areas owned by Faculties and Divisions. Support is also available for Faculty spaces such as labs and studios in which the Faculty provides the equipment for the rooms. AV Classroom Support is also available for conferences and events hosted by QUT Faculties.

Charges
Faculty-owned teaching spaces - $45.00 per hour.
Conference support during business hours - $55.00 per hour.
Conference support after business hours - $110.00 per hour.
Other information
Staff availability is limited so booking is essential. Phone or email the relevant campus office.
Support is not available on weekends or after hours unless arranged with AV Support.
