There are no conference support restrictions on campus. AV Conference Support for off-campus University events or conferences is only available during semester breaks. Hours of operation
There is no on-campus support on weekends or after hours unless arranged with Audiovisual Support Services. Off-campus support is only available during University semester breaks. There is no off-campus support on weekends or after hours unless arranged with Audiovisual Support Services ChargesSupport for on and off campus conferences will be charged at $55.00 per hour per AV staff member during normal working hours (8am – 6pm). The fee includes basic consumables and car hire. The cost outside normal working hours and for weekends and public holidays will be $110.00 per hour per AV staff member. Conference support for non-QUT cost centres is available on campus at $61.50 per hour (GST inclusive) during normal working hours. The fee includes basic consumables and car hire. The cost outside normal working hours and for weekends and public holidays is $123.00 per hour for each staff member (GST inclusive). Service support
