Service descriptionAV System Maintenance performs preventative maintenance on AV systems including pro-active remote monitoring of supported systems. Equipment repairs are no longer undertaken in-house due to a lack of resources. Maintenance contracts are available to all QUT cost centres and are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Priority is given to teaching spaces. Hours of operationThe service is available from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. ChargesContract costs vary according to the complexity of the system supported. Where no contract is in place, support is on a fee-for-service basis at $75 an hour. General teaching spaces are a core (free) service.
