Service description

The IT Helpdesk is the first point to contact for assistance with computer or system-related queries. Staff provide support through face-to-face communication, email and by phone.

Assistance is available for installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop applications, computers/laptops and network systems. Students and staff who have difficulties accessing and using the QUT computing environment or require support for Assignment Minder and QUT Blackboard should contact the IT Helpdesk. If IT Helpdesk staff are unable to resolve an issue second level support is requested for the client.
