Audio Conferencing

AV Support can provide equipment for Audio Conferencing for any area within the QUT environment.

Prior to booking this service, please ensure you have the relevant STD/IDD access on your telephone.

Please note, all telephone charges are the direct responsibility of the client booking the service.

Video Conferencing

A videoconference service is provided on all campuses. The facilities are located as follows

  • Gardens Point M509
  • Kelvin Grove I201

Costs for QUT Clients

Conferences between QUT campuses: $45.00 per hour
Conferences to sites external to QUT: $45.00 per hour plus IP or ISDN call charges.

Conferences taking place before 8am and after 6pm, Monday to Friday, and on weekends or public holidays, will incur an additional fee of $90.00 per hour. 
A Charge of $100.00 per hour applies for use of the IP Bridge or ISDN gateway if a user connects from their own video conference system eg. Desktop systems plus all ISDN Call charges.

Costs for Non QUT Clients

Conferences to sites external to QUT: $220.00 (inludes GST) per hour plus IP or ISDN call charges.

Conferences taking place before 8am and after 6pm, Monday to Friday, and on weekends or public holidays, will incur an additional fee of $100.00 per hour (Includes GST).

Cancellation fees: All bookings must be cancelled within 24 hours. Failure to cancel the booking within this time will attract a fee of $200.00
