Whether it be via phone or email, IHS provides effective support to users of the QUT Blackboard System.

Our support team is the first point of contact for university staff and students in regards to online learning tools. You can contact the IT Helpdesk in order to:

• Activate a Blackboard website for your unit
• Report specific technical problems and faults
• Access day to day support for this university wide system via a phone service or email

• OLT staff training

• Logging bugfix requests with TALSS Blackboard programmers
